Rochelle Castagna is the Vice President of Marketing for ARC Risk and Compliance, a leading and award-winning compliance consulting company that specializes in AML/BSA, OFAC, KYC/CDD/EDD, and 314(a) compliance. Rochelle is responsible for the branding, marketing, and public relations for ARC Risk and Compliance and AML-ology.
With over 16 years of marketing, public relations, and event planning experience for membership associations, chapter events, business-to-business companies, and business-to-consumer companies, she is excited to bring this experience with her to the Greater Philadelphia Chapter to grow chapter membership, engagement, and program offerings.
With AML-ology, Rochelle oversees the overall management and distribution of anti-money laundering content, such as trainings, virtual classes, certification courses, webinars, and additional benefits. She is also responsible for the inclusion of ARC Risk and Compliance subject matter experts for a number of trainings, seminars, and speaking engagements since 2014. Rochelle is a published author on AML challenges; articles include Spotlight: AML Training is a Pillar of Compliance – How are you meeting this requirement?, BSA Updates from the Regulators, When Head Office Tells You “How to be Compliant”, BSA Success = “Culture of Compliance”, and Are You Compliant?.
Rochelle is also an active member of the ACAMS New York Chapter, the ACAMS Northern New Jersey Chapter, the PA AML Peer Group, and the NJ Bankers Association BSA Committee.
She is a graduate of Waynesburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science/Political Science. She also received a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Capella University.
