Skilled in Innovation, Budgeting, Accounting, Management, Leadership, and Finance. He has continually led adaptive efforts to achieve the mission, build strong teams, innovate and solve organizational problem sets.

As an Innovator and Developer of new ideas, he has spent the last 9 years leading military capabilities and process modernization to enable the Army to adapt to the emerging operational and financial world. Among these are the development and implementation of Counter Threat Finance capabilities, streamlining of strategic billing processes for the DoD Transporation Billing Program, increasing efficiency in Operational Contract and Financial Management execution and bringing fiscal discipline to one of the Army's most specialized and capable units during a time of fiscal uncertainty and budgetary constraints.
