Roy is responsible for leading the bank's enterprise-wide BSA/AML and OFAC/Sanctions compliance and operations programs, as well as its Operational Risk Program. With extensive banking experience in risk management, financial crimes, and sanctions compliance, Roy has successfully led multiple enterprise-wide transformation initiatives throughout his career.
