Are there any special offers available for ACAMS symposia?

ACAMS members receive special prices at all our events. We also offer a special public sector price and special pricing for group packages. Contact your ACAMS account manager or visit acams.org/en/help-center for more information.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All ACAMS event tickets are non-refundable. Ticket holders may request a ticket transfer to another person, colleague, or client, up until a certain date specific to each event.

Will I earn ACAMS credits?

Attendees can earn ACAMS credits at all ACAMS events. To find out how many credits are on offer at a specific event, please visit the event’s homepage.

Will I receive a certificate of participation?

Yes. The certificate of participation will be sent to attendees’ email addresses within two weeks after the conference.

I cannot register online, what should I do?

I did not receive the registration confirmation email, what should I do?

Please note the confirmation email can take a couple of hours to be sent. We also recommend that you check your spam folder. If you still have not received the email, please contact our customer service team by visiting acams.org/en/help-center.

Are the sessions available on-demand?

Recordings of our virtual symposia and seminars are available on-demand for 30 days after the live event date, via the virtual platform. You can re-watch your favorite sessions along with any sessions you missed. Symposia and seminars that take place in person are not recorded.

How do I access the virtual sessions?

If you’re watching live, you can access all sessions via our streaming platform. Full details will be sent to you when you register.

What happens if I have a technical issue while attending the virtual event?

Can I share my login to the virtual event?

Because we issue ACAMS credits for our events, every individual who wants to attend must be registered separately and have their own login.

Can I see who else is attending?

Because of privacy regulations, we can’t release the names of attendees. If you want to know who else is attending, why not join in the conversation on social media in the days and weeks before the event, by using the event hashtag to connect with other attendees.
