Much has changed in the marijuana industry since CRB Monitor Founder & CEO presented to the chapter in 2020, but much has also stayed the same.  Mr. Kemmerling will provide a general update on the cannabis / marijuana / hemp landscape and how banking has changed -- and not -- since then.  He will also offer views on how the landscape may continue to shift in 2024 with proposed and pending federal marijuana and hemp legislation.  Whether your institution is "cannabis cautious", "cannabis curious", or "cannabis friendly", there will be something relevant for you.
