Marissa Montalbano is Stripe's Regional Head of Financial Crimes & Supportability for the Americas and BSA Officer. Marissa  leads all FC matters in the Americas region inclusive of investigations, policy, KYC, and product engagement.

Prior to joining Stripe, Marissa worked at a variety of financial institutions and technology companies including Amazon, JP Morgan, and HSBC focusing on financial crimes compliance, intelligence and data analytics. Marissa began her career in financial crime investigations through national security consulting work at Booz Allen Hamilton.
