Emma Salik

Emma is an Acting Manager in AUSTRAC’s Industry Education and Outreach team, where she enhances compliance and outcomes of Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regime by educating reporting entities on their obligations and financial crime risks.

Emma has been at AUSTRAC for over five years. During this time she has led education projects aimed at uplifting industry capability and compliance with the AML/CTF Act. She has also engaged extensively with reporting entities and third-party providers to support AUSTRAC’s collaborative approach to regulation.

Prior to joining AUSTRAC, Emma held positions in the public sector in the field of statistics.
