Kim Barley (Bonney) is a Manager with the RSM US National Gaming and Hospitality Group, specializing in providing AML/CTF and gaming advisory services to casino and hospitality operations across the United States and Caribbean.

Her passion and specialty is AML/CFT, including Training, Risk Assessments, Independent Testing, drafting AML Compliance Programs and Policies & Procedures, and helping casino clients customize and implement RSM’s proprietary Casino Anti-Money Laundering (CAML) Data Analytics, Case Management, Risk Assessment, and Exception Reporting software.

Before joining RSM in 2019, Kim worked for 10 years in the internal audit department of a large integrated resort casino company in Las Vegas. She developed and led the AML audit team and performed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits both in the US and Macau. Kim is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Kim has her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where she was the captain of the Swimming and Diving Team and an Academic All American.

Amanda is the Corporate Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager at Boyd Gaming Corporation, a gaming and entertainment company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada that owns and or operates over 25 casino properties in and out of Nevada.  In her role, she is responsible for assisting all properties on regulatory and anti-money laundering matters.  She also works with all Boyd’s Sports Books, both retail and online, gaming control board in Nevada, and law enforcement requests. Amanda has been in BSA/AML Compliance since 2005; first working in the financial industry for a small bank on the central coast of California.  After moving to Las Vegas in 2007 the small local bank she was working for was an FDIC closure in 2009 which led her to the Gaming industry.  For the last 16 years, she has worked for both small and large gaming companies, as well as two different Sports Books before joining Boyd Gaming.  Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and has had her CAMS since 2013.

Joseph is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and is currently working as an Internal Audit Manager for MGM Resorts International, his work revolves around conducting reviews and testing procedures to ensure Title 31 and AML regulations are being implemented across all properties and departments. He previously worked as Head of BSA/AML Compliance for one of the largest Currency Exchange companies in the United States and he specialized in handling statutory and regulatory audits, creating policies and procedures, and enforcing protocols to ensure compliance with Title 31 and BSA. Joseph also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management from De La Salle University.

Maria currently serves in the Business Risk & Control Department at Wells Fargo, an American multinational financial services company with operations in 30 countries and over 70 million customers globally. Maria has been with Wells Fargo since September 2008 and in her many roles with the company she has gained extensive experience with both Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, Business Development, and customer relationships.

Maria graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Nevada State College.

Raquel is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with over 18 years of compliance experience in the gaming and money service business sectors. Raquel’s focus has been on regulatory compliance, money transmitter licensure, and anti-money laundering. Raquel currently leads the compliance initiatives at STX, a gaming company who is transforming the regulated sports betting industry in Ontario, Canada with more jurisdictions to follow. As the Compliance Manager, Raquel oversees STX’s compliance program, ensuring effective implementation of its policies and procedures, and adherence to applicable rules and regulations. Raquel is also responsible for working with the executive team to stay abreast of trends in the legal/regulatory environment to assess the impact on the organization. Raquel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Dylon spent over 20 years in the casino industry, working many years in the cage and eventually moving into a Controller position at a small property. Dylon managed casino cage operations at Boulder Station, Aliante Resort and Casino and Texas Station. She became the Compliance Manager at Circa Resorts in April 2022 and currently oversees the company’s BSA/AML compliance and day to day auditing and reporting for all of the Circa properties.

In 2011 Dylon graduated from University of Phoenix with a Master’s in Business Administration, hoping to advance her knowledge and experience in the casino industry. She attended several leadership and casino related courses over the years and looks forward to continued knowledge and advancement within the casino industry.
