This is the second online social networking event for ACAMS Japan Chapter members, following a successful inaugural event in 2021. Participants are encouraged to propose topics, pose questions, and contribute ideas in an informal setting, with Chapter Board Members as facilitators.

In this event hosted by the ACAMS Japan Chapter, experts will share their knowledge and experience on how financial institutions and businesses are responding to the rapidly changing Russian sanctions. We will discuss an overview of U.S. sanctions, international cooperation and independent sanctions in Japan, examine key aspects of sanctions screening and sanctions due diligence, and discuss the practical policies that will be required in the future.
