Matthew has been in law enforcement for over 15 years at two different agencies (CT State Police/DeKalb County Police (GA)). While at CSP as a detective, he was assigned to the financial crimes task force as well as the SAR review team with DOJ. He received his bachelor's and master's degree from the University of New Haven with a concentration in Financial Crimes Investigations and attained CT POST certification as an instructor.
