Currently Mr. Mark Jagger is the CEO and Master Instructor for Actual2 Inc.  This company specializes in Illicit Finance Training with multiple courses of instruction.

Dec 2023 Mr. Jagger retired from the U.S. Government as a Learning and Employee Development Program Coordinator for the Department of the Treasury.  

Until 2019 Mr. Jagger was a Master Instructor and Course Manager for the Department of Defense, (DOD), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Specialty Intelligence Analysis Branch at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, (JBAB), Washington, D.C.  

In 2001 Mr. Jagger retired as a MSG/E8, having served, with distinction, for 22- years with the U.S. Army, and full time with the Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG).  In these positions he was assigned to numerous prestigious assignments to include the 3rd U.S. Infantry “The Old Guard” Presidential Honor Guard (under Presidents Carter and Regan), and the 20th Special Forces Group and the 29th Infantry Division.  Additionally he became a MDARNG lead instructor, teaching many diverse topics.  He also coordinated and managed three Maryland distance learning centers.

After his 2001 retirement from the MDARNG, Mr. Jagger continued to work for the State of Maryland-Military Department as an Information Technology specialist, primarily responsible for payroll and state budgeting programs.

Mr.  Jagger holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist.
