Jacqueline is co-lead of Blakes Financial Services Regulatory group. Her practice focuses on regulatory compliance in the retail financial services and payments industry. She advises regulated and non-bank institutions, money services businesses, and those involved in payment systems. Jacqueline has extensive expertise in anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing, and Canadian sanctions legislation.
