ACAMS Enterprise membership provides ACAMS member benefits, including access to acams.org, to all relevant departments and personnel across your entire institution. This includes an extensive resource center, topical discussion forums, the ability to build an AML profile within the acams.org community, and unlimited use of ACAMS MONEYLAUNDERING.COM and the ACAMS Webinar Subscription, which allows you to participate in both upcoming and previously recorded training webinars.
How do I take advantage of my Enterprise membership benefits?You will receive a welcome email with log-in credentials that will allow you to access acams.org, MONEYLAUNDERING.COM, and the ACAMS Webinar Subscription. If you have not received the e-mail or are having difficulties logging in, please message us at enterprise@acams.org. Please note, changing your password in one system does not update your password in other systems. For ease of access, we strongly recommend not changing your login credentials.
Do you have any demonstrations available on how to use my ACAMS Enterprise membership?For an online demonstration, message enterprise@acams.org or reach out to your account manager to schedule a demonstration call.
I lost my login credentials or my Enterprise membership. How do I retrieve them?By default, your username for all of your Enterprise resources is your company e-mail address. If you have forgotten your password, please message ACAMS Enterprise at enterprise@acams.org.
Why does my ACAMS private/public membership appear as cancelled/deactivated?Since you are part of your employer’s enterprise group, you are entitled to have their Enterprise membership. Your account can only have one active membership at a time – so to avoid any enterprise access interruptions, your ACAMS private/public membership was canceled/deactivated.
My chapter membership is due to renew, but when I try to renew it using the ACAMS online store, it is asking me to renew my Enterprise membership. How do I just renew my chapter membership since I cannot renew my Enterprise membership?Please contact us for assistance.
I am receiving a lot of communications from ACAMS. Can I select the type of information I would like to receive?Yes, however, we highly recommend against opting out of email because you are already opted out of typical marketing emails as an Enterprise member. It is recommended to stay opted in so that you receive important Enterprise emails, especially your login credentials and certifications for webinar attendance, as well as other webinar related emails.
You may visit the e-mail preference center here, to choose the content you wish to receive from ACAMS. Once there, select your preferences and then click “Update My Preferences”.
Can I control the type of content I receive through ACAMS MONEYLAUNDERING.COM?Yes, as part of the MONEYLAUNDERING.COM subscription, you may select content you are interested in and receive alerts either in real time, or once daily. To set your MONEYLAUNDERING.COM email alerts, go here, or visit MONEYLAUNDERING.COM, click on "Settings", and then on the "Email Alerts" tab. Your subscription also includes four weekly e-newsletters:
- Weekly Wrap-up Newsletter sent every Monday
- Sanctions Wrap-up Newsletter sent every Tuesday
- CFT Wrap-up Newsletter sent every Wednesday
- Fraud Wrap-up Newsletter sent every Thursday

What other types of communications can I expect to receive with my ACAMS Enterprise membership?The Enterprise membership package includes a great deal of content that you can access in various ways. You will receive the following e-communications:
- Regular content alerts from MONEYLAUNDERING.COM on important financial crime developments
- The ACAMS Connection bi-weekly e-newsletter
- Weekly news wrap-ups from MONEYLAUNDERING.COM on fraud, CFT, and sanctions
As an ACAMS Enterprise member, you have full access to the ACAMS Webinar Subscription. This allows you to register for all upcoming live webinars and live chats, plus all previously recorded web seminars on cutting-edge, practical AFC topics.
How do I keep track of my credits?You can view the number of credits you have earned via online training through your internal learning management system (LMS). Any live events (conferences, live webinars, and seminars) will be visible in your ACAMS profile that can be accessed on acams.org. To access your educational credits on acams.org, you must first login to your account.
How long does it take to receive my educational credits after completing a webinar?It will take approximately 14 business days from the date it was completed. Please message enterprise@acams.org if you have not received your credits after 2 weeks from the date of completion.
What discounts are available to me to attend ACAMS live seminars and conferences?ACAMS Enterprise members receive special rates on live seminars, international conferences and the CAMS certification. Contact your ACAMS Enterprise Account Manager to learn more.
