What webinars are included in the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription?

Our ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription includes unlimited access to our entire back catalog of webinars, encompassing free and paid webinars of the past in addition to over 40 live webinars per year currently offered a la carte for a price of US$245 for ACAMS members and US$445 for non-members.

Do I only have access to the webinar archive?

No. You will also have access to all upcoming live webinars as well as the on-demand webinar library.

Do I have access to paid webinars?

Yes. You will have access to all paid webinars, which include both upcoming and on-demand webinars already in the library. ACAMS paid webinars are included with the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription.

How many live webinars are included as part of the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription, and in what languages and time zones?

ACAMS currently offers over 100 live webinars per year on average, all within the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Most are hosted in the local time zones of each region: ET, GMT, HKT.

Does the Premium Webinar Subscription include the ACAMS Membership?

No. The ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription does not include the ACAMS Membership, but if you are a member or become a member at the time you purchase the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription, you will save US$200 and unleash a series of benefits such as exclusive members-only content, discounts on trainings and events, access to our global community, and ability to become ACAMS certified.

How many recorded/on-demand webinars are included as part the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription and in what languages?

There are 500+ webinars (with more than 800 hours of content) available to watch on-demand immediately. The majority of webinars are in English and a selection is available in the following languages:

• Simplified Chinese
• Spanish

Please note, international foreign language webinars will increase over time.

When can I access my ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription?

You will have access to the full Premium Webinar Subscription upon order/payment completion.

How can I access the webinars?

Once your premium access has been granted, you can register for live/upcoming and recorded webinars in our ACAMS Learning Management System (LMS), or you can access the webinars via our webinars page.

What time of day/night are the live webinars scheduled?

Live webinars are scheduled at different times, but as a Premium Webinar Subscriber, you will be able to watch webinars on-demand at any time you choose.

After a live webinar, how long does it take before it shows up as a recorded webinar?

It usually takes about 3 to 5 hours after a webinar for the recording to appear. On rare occasions, it may take up to 24 hours for a recording to appear.

As an ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription subscriber, will I get credits for all webinars?

Yes. You will receive ACAMS credits per completed webinar if you watched at least 83% of the webinar and clicked on ‘Mark Completed’ at the end of the session. You can view the number of credits each webinar is worth from the webinar description details. All subscribers will also have their ACAMS credits (also known as educational credits) listed in the ‘My Account’ section of their account.

If I purchased the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription, but my ACAMS membership expires, will I still be able to get ACAMS credits for attending webinars?

One of the greatest benefits included with the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription is that it allows you to earn ACAMS credits for completing webinars whether you have an active ACAMS membership or not.

I’m an existing ACAMS member, when I purchase the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription, will my renewal period be co-termed with my membership?

No. The ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription is an annual subscription, good for 1 year following the purchase.

How much does the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription cost?

The price of the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription is US $995 for non-members and US$795 for members. If you become a member at the time of subscription, you will receive the member rate of US$795.

Can I pay on a monthly basis?

No. Our subscription is provided on an annual basis.

Once I subscribe, is it set up for auto-renewal?

No. Our ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription is not set up for auto-renewals, but we’ll remind our subscribers to renew closer to the subscription expiration date.

Do I get a refund (total or pro-rated) in case I want to cancel my subscription before it expires?

No. We do not issue refunds (total or pro-rated) for the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription

If an ACAMS member purchased the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription with the member rate of US$795 and their ACAMS membership is not renewed once it expires, will the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription expire as well, or will they need to pay back the pro-rate non-member ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription rate to continue the subscription?

The ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription Membership does not expire once the ACAMS membership becomes inactive, although you must ensure to have an active ACAMS membership in order to receive the member rate of US$795 at the time of purchase. Subscriber can also continue to earn ACAMS credits per webinar as long as the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription remains active.

How do I complete a group order?

You can contact our Customer Service or Sales team to place group orders. They will be able to help your organization to have access to Group order discounts and purchase process.

Do I have to be an ACAMS member to purchase the Premium Webinar Subscription?

No. You do not have to be an ACAMS member to purchase the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription, but you will have to pay the non-members pricing of US$995 to subscribe, instead of the member price of US$795 for members. Benefit from savings of US$200 when you become a member at the time of purchase.

If I buy the ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription for US$995 and then later want to become an ACAMS member (US$195 or US$295), am I entitled to the member preferential rate?

No. You will only have the opportunity the get the discounted price and save $200 when you become a member and subscribe at the time.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

No. Our ACAMS Premium Webinar Subscription is nontransferable. You are entitled to your full year, so if you have any changes to your employment, you must ensure to update your login credentials if they are tied to your corporate email address in order to be able to access your subscription.
