Kendall McColley has been a Special Agent with IRS Criminal Investigation since 2008. She has worked cases involving tax fraud, money laundering, counterfeiting, wire fraud, bank fraud, and identity theft. She has been part of the Western Cyber Crimes Unit since 2020, focusing on darknet marketplaces, unlicensed money service businesses, and investment scams, and other cryptocurrency and cyber related crimes.

Kendall has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Washington University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Washington, specialized in Tax.  She is also a licensed CPA.

Lisa Palmer has been a Special Agent with IRS – CI since 2018. During that time she has worked on cases involving tax fraud, healthcare fraud, wire fraud, illegal gambling and money laundering. In 2023 she joined the Western Cyber Crimes Unit where she focuses on cases involving the novel use of cryptocurrencies and large scale cyber related frauds.

Lisa obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees from University of New Mexico. After college she went to work for EY in their Risk practice doing primarily IT General Control and System and Organization Control (SOC) audits. After EY she worked for Charles Schwab in their Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Office.
