Barbara DiToto is a Program Manager in the FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Division where she manages the threat finance and data science team in the Strategic Partnership Unit. She has worked National Security topics at the FBI for over 35 years. Over the years, she has received many awards, including a Directors Medal of Excellence for her work in the field of Proliferation Finance. As a Program Manager, Barbara has been very successful in spearheading many national level initiatives in the areas of WMD, proliferation, finance, and data science. Barbara has developed and led threat/proliferation finance workshops for both domestic and international audiences. She has two graduate degrees -- one in the field of International Relations and one in the field of Security Policy Studies, both from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Chatham University.
