Daniel Baldwin leads Project JADE (Joint Action on Drug Elimination), a program at PAX sapiens focused on fostering U.S.-China collaboration on drug control issues to improve relations and foster collaboration. With over 25 years at the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Daniel has held roles such as Group Supervisor in Texas, a Section Chief in DEA HQ, and a Country Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. His project is focused on finding common ground with key international partners to mitigate the impact of the global synthetic drug threat in the United States. This work supports PAX sapiens’ mission of creating a safer, more cooperative global landscape.
