How can I view all communities?Go to “All Communities”. At the right side of the community you would like to join, click on “Join”. If there is an “Enter” option instead of a “Join” option, this means you are already part of this community.
How can I leave a community I joined?Go to “My Communities” and enter the community you would like to leave. Next to the community name, click on “Settings” and then on “Leave Community”.

How can I change my password?Go to your profile page. Directly under your name, you will find an option to “Change Password”.
Click on the drop-down menu located at the top right-hand side of the Community site. Then click on “Profile”.
How do I edit my bio?Go to your profile page. On the “My Profile” tab you will have access to share your bio, import your information from LinkedIn, share your job history, social links, contact details, education, professional associations and your honors and awards.
How can I change my profile picture?Under the profile image, click on “Actions” and then on “Change Picture.”
How can I view my educational credits?Go to your profile page. Directly under your name, you will find an option to “View Educational Credits”.

How do I add someone from the community site or send them a private message?Go to your profile page. Under the “My Connection” tab, click on “Contacts”. Here you can view all of the contacts you currently have. To add a contact, click on “Search Directory”. Here you will search for the individual you would like to add. Once you find the member, click on “Send Message” or “Add as Contact”.
How can I view my contact requests?Go to your profile page, click on the “My Account” tab and then click on “Inbox”.
How can I view who is in my network?Networks are created automatically for you. They are dependent on the information you provide in your profile. Networks range from the city you live in, your job title, your company name and your state. To view your networks go to your profile page, click on the “My Connections” tab and then on “Networks”.
How can I change my privacy settings?Go to your profile page, click on the “My Account” tab and then click on “Privacy Settings”.
Can I change any email alerts?Yes. Go to your profile page, click on the “My Account” tab and then click on “Email Preferences”. Here you can choose to stop alerts on invitations to join a community, comment notifications and contact requests. To change community notifications, go to the “My Account” tab and then to “Community Notifications”.
