Fees and Payment Policy
The fee for attending the conference is outlined on the pricing pages.
Registration to the virtual ACAMS 4th Anti-Financial Crime Conference – Africa, grants access to all live sessions and presentation materials (available only in PDF electronic format). Payment is required upon registration or invoices are available upon request.
You will be invoiced for the conference fee within one week of registering online, and payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. If registering within 30 days of the conference, payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
If registering with an early bird discount rate, or any special rates, payment must be submitted by the discount expiration date.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to November 28, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a US$250 administration fee. Cancellations received November 29, 2020 – December 28, 2020 will be issued a credit voucher to be used towards next year’s conference. Cancellations received on or after December 27, 2020 will not be refunded.
Substitutions of registered attendees must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. by 12:00 PM (GMT) on January 24, 2020. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If you neither attend the conference nor designate a substitute prior to the event, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. Requests submitted after the eligible time-frame will not be considered. If for any reason ACAMS cancels or reschedules the conference, we do not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
MATERIALS & TRAINING CREDITS
Certificate of Participation
Certificates will be emailed two weeks after the end of the conference (in pdf). ACAMS members will automatically have ACAMS credits added to their member profile.
If you are joining us during the live 2-day event, you will receive your certificate of participation two weeks after the live event ends on Jan.28, 2021.
Attendees can earn 9 ACAMS credits, which will be applied to your profile approximately 5-6 weeks after the event to allow participants to also review the recorded content.
Attendees will receive login details to the ACAMS Learning Management System (LMS) prior to the event. Please note that materials will be available on the LMS only and in PDF format.
