Thank you for making #ACAMSAfrica 2022 a success!
In 2022, the ACAMS Africa Conference was a virtual event that took place on November 7th. We were joined by AML and AFC professionals in Africa and around the world, who discussed how building a robust risk-management system requires identifying risk appetites, implementing good cyber-hygiene and educating DNFPBs.
They explored how the developments in FinTech presented both opportunities for business growth and new tests of AML and AFC systems.

What you may want to know about the ACAMS Africa Conference
Yes. Continuing professional development is a cornerstone of professionalism for everyone in financial crime prevention. Attendees will earn 6 ACAMS credits, which will be applied to your profile once you have completed the event in the LMS learning path. To do this, please ensure you view the “Welcome Remarks” on Day 1 and click on “Mark Completed” on the left-hand side within the session.
Yes. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion of the event via the ACAMS Learning Management (LMS). To do this, please ensure to view the “Welcome Remarks” and click on “Mark Completed” on the left-hand side of the session. The certificate will be available to download on the main conference page, at the very top left-hand side under the event logo.

Please look for the link located inside the session in the ACAMS LMS. Not all presentations will have supporting information. The material can be downloaded in the “Reference Materials” section of the session, which is on the right-hand side of your screen, underneath the Course Format box.
Each session that is allowing Q&A has a question box located in the session. Because of limited time, all questions may not get answered in the allotted time.
Because we’re issuing ACAMS Credits for this event, every individual who wants to attend must have their own registration.
