In the current role, Sumit heads the global Customer Success team for Banking practice at Sutherland. Sumit has proven intrapreneurship and experience collaborating with clients providing innovation, digitization, multi million dollar savings and efficiencies for end clients operating model. Sumit has experience in solutioning and collaborating with the delivery teams for large and complex programs by building strategic and trust based executive relationships, aligning business and technology visions to drive outcomes for clients. Prior to joining Sutherland, Sumit worked with iQor for 10 years and AEGIS for 4 years supporting financial planning & analysis, service delivery, solutioning. He has led teams in multiple geographies (USA, Philippines, and India) and has deep domain experience in banking and financial services.
