Themed Full Speed Ahead, the event brought together leading voices in anti-financial crime to address Canada’s most pressing challenges. Sessions explored AI-driven fraud, online money laundering, and fentanyl trafficking, while spotlighting new sanctions obligations and crypto compliance risks. Experts emphasized the importance of public–private collaboration, intelligence sharing, and practical strategies to strengthen AML efforts across financial institutions and law enforcement.
