Mike Kung is Executive Director and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs. He is a member of the Business Intelligence Group within the Goldman Sachs Financial Crime Compliance department. Mike has extensive experience conducting legal, regulatory and financial due diligence to assess risks across a variety of transactions and business relationships, including risks related to FCPA/anti-bribery compliance, sanctions, export control and reputational issues. 
 
Before joining Goldman Sachs, he was in private practice with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and began his career at Shearman & Sterling. 
 
Mike received his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law; MPhil in Politics from University of Oxford; and B.A in Politics from University of California, San Diego.
