Kelvin Choy is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) and a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management at Peoples Group. His responsibilities include helping lead enterprise and operational risk initiatives such as the risk and controls self-assessments, business impact analysis, organizational stress testing program, model risk management, etc.

Prior to joining Peoples Group, Kelvin was with HSBC Bank Canada and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Hong Kong and Vancouver where managed enterprise risk management programs, and specialised in financial crime compliance, anti-money laundering, internal audit, and forensic investigations. He has worked with numerous financial institutions to ensure their compliance with regulatory rules and requirements and to develop their in-house compliance programmes. He has also been engaged in a range of forensic investigations involving asset misappropriation and fraudulent financial reporting.

Kelvin obtained his CAMS designation in 2019.
