In his previous role Joby was responsible for the management of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Strategic Assessment Team, overseeing a team of analysts tasked with delivering high quality intelligence reporting on money laundering, fraud, market abuse, corruption and other forms of criminality across the regulated sector.

As part of his role Joby has undertaken extensive regulatory and threat analysis of cryptoassets and represented the U.K. on a variety of high-profile engagements. Recently Joby has produced a range of thought leadership papers covering cryptoassets, their regulatory framework, the threat environment and cryptoasset business models. Joby has also had articles published relating to the importance of threat analysis and intelligence sharing.

Iggy Azad is a Director at Coinbase focused on investigations and intelligence. He joined the company in 2019, prior to this he was detective with the Metropolitan Police Service in London investigating Cybercrime.

Shelley Grayson, previously Head of Compliance for the Pay.uk, operator and standards body for the UK's retail interbank payment systems, and other firms across the spectrum of financial services including HSBC, Aviva, EY, EFG Private Bank and Marsh and McLennan has enjoyed a global career spanning three decades.

Her technical prowess and infectious enthusiasm across anti-financial crime, compliance, governance and monitoring has been recognised in her status as a contracted subject matter expert to the European Commission's Anti-Financial Crime Directorate, guest lecturer at the Chevening Financial Services Programme and a former examiner for the Chartered Insurance Institute on Risk Management.  She is currently supporting ACAMs with CCAS examinations.

Lourdes Miranda is the Chief Consultant for the FinTech Advisory Group, LLC, a Washington, DC-based consulting firm.  
 
Since 2017, Lourdes has been consulting for crypto and blockchain entities, domestic and international FinTechs, international remittance services, money service businesses, financial institutions, and payment processors as a Chief Compliance Officer, Crypto Investigator, Financial Crimes Investigator, Risk Manager, and Intelligence Analyst. Lourdes has built crypto compliance and investigative programs, conducted financial crime investigations, led task force teams, and collaborated with legal, marketing, social media directors, engineers, and product developers. Lastly, Lourdes holds multiple crypto, blockchain, Ethereum, financial intelligence and financial investigations, and compliance certifications. 

Lourdes is a former senior CIA Officer and senior FBI Intelligence Analyst with over 25 years of government and corporate experience specializing in domestic and international criminal investigations that includes economic espionage and insider threats; financial crime investigations that included terrorist financing, trade-based money laundering, corruption, money laundering and fraud; crypto, blockchain, compliance, risk management, data analytics. She has also led counterterrorism and counterintelligence task forces in the field to gather raw intelligence for analytical contribution to strategic and tactical operations globally as well as responsible for disrupting and dismantling transnational criminal networks and terrorist organizations.  

Lourdes is an author, highly sought after public speaker globally, instructor, and subject matter expert who has contributed to online course development and delivery. Lastly, Lourdes holds certifications as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, McAfee Crypto Forensic Investigator, Fraud Examiner, Chainalysis Ethereum Investigator, Chainalysis Reactor, and a ManchesterCF Financial Intelligence Specialist. Lourdes has also contributed to ManchesterCF’s Cryptoassets and Open-Source Intelligence online courses as a subject matter expert.
