Suzanne Detwiler has been with USAA since 2020. She is currently a Director, Business Strategy and Planning for Bank Fraud Operations, responsible for executing initiatives, including analysis, oversight, and support of business strategy development. She also held a similar position supporting the financial forecasting and workforce planning for the Bank Risk, AML, and Compliance teams. Prior to joining USAA, Suzanne worked at Western Union for 17 years serving in various roles in AML Compliance, Internal Audit and Transformation.

Suzanne is CAMS certified, earned a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and an MBA from CU Denver.
