Monica E. Tait is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Major Frauds Section in Los Angeles, California, and has been an AUSA since 1999. She is a federal prosecutor responsible for charging and conducting trials against defendants accused of federal fraud offenses. Monica is the Elder Justice Coordinator for the Central District of California and directs the Vulnerable Communities Task Force. Previously, she worked as a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission.
