Jackie is an Assistant Director with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch. In her time with the Department, she has handled a variety of civil and criminal consumer protection matters, including matters involving scams targeting Older Americans, unsafe food and drugs, abusive telemarketing practices, and odometer tampering. Jackie assists in coordinating the Department’s elder fraud work, supervising both civil and criminal elder fraud cases and working with AUSAs across the country. She has a leadership role in the Department’s Transnational Elder Fraud Strike Force and Money Mule Initiative.
