Kim Marsh commenced his career as a RCMP officer where he spent 25 years in operational policing focusing on organized crime and financial investigations. He transitioned to the private sector in 1998 where he became a subject matter expert in due diligence, compliance and financial investigations. Kim pioneered compliance in the Immigrant Investor Industry, assisting countries with setting standards for the effective vetting of applicants. He recently co-authored with Mark Corrado a chapter on compliance that has been included in a Cambridge University Press publication titled Citizenship and Residence Sales: Rethinking the Boundaries of Belonging.
