Courtenay Dillard is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice based in Atlanta, GA. She has more than ten years of experience assisting clients with assurance and advisory services within the financial services industry. Courtenay focuses on engagements in the financial services industry serving a diverse set of clients, including Commercial and Retail Banks, Insurance Companies, and Broker Dealers. She concentrates on providing regulatory compliance-related services to her clients, including leading Anti-money laundering (AML)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and sanctions-related investigations and look-backs, as well as conducting AML/BSA program risk assessments and trainings.
Courtenay has extensive experience leading large teams in providing independent quality assurance for AML matters pertaining to regulatory investigations, performing transaction reviews in response to regulatory inquires and notices of findings, and conducting AML and sanctions risk assessments. She has particular AML experience in the areas of AML compliance, OFAC regulations, Suspicious Activity Report quality, Know-Your-Customer, Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence, training and project management.
Courtenay has also received both her Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and certifications.
