Achi Hackmon has been with NICE Actimize since 2004 and was appointed as Head of AI & Analytics in 2020 after a three- year tenue as CTO. In his current role, Achi is responsible for Actimize AI & Advanced Analytics capabilities working with customers, product management and R&D to continuously deliver superior ML capabilities across the Actimize portfolio.

In previous roles within Actimize, Achi served as chief architect and as a senior director managing the Actimize Platform R&D. Prior to joining NICE Actimize, Achi served in various development roles at NICE and as an officer in the IDF in one of the elite technological units in the intelligence corps. Achi earned a B.Sc. from Tel Aviv University in Math and Computer Science.
