Mike Carletta is a Managing Director in Ernst & Young's ("EY") Financial Service Risk Management's ("FSRM") practice based in Jacksonville, Florida. Mike co-leads the Wealth and Asset Management strategy for Financial Crimes compliance and is the lead for Regulatory Compliance onshore delivery centers in the US.

Mike’s professional focus centers on helping wealth management and asset management institutions optimize their business operations and manage their regulatory risk.

Prior to joining EY Mike held leadership roles within Asset Management and Investment Banking for a European-owned bank operating in the US.  Mike’s background ranges most recently working in Asset Management operations and supervision, as well as roles in Syndicated Lending, Foreign Exchange, Prime Brokerage, Collateral Management, and OTC derivatives.

Mike is a previous holder of FINRA license 24, 3, and 7.

On a personal note, Mike is married to his wife Sarah, and has twin 6-year-old boys, Joseph and George, and a labradoodle named Jeter.  The family enjoys fishing, baseball, golf, cooking, and anything that brings them outdoors
