CAI Min

As a well-known expert in investigation and digital forensics, Mr Cai has over 18 years of experience in fraud investigation in China, Australia, and the United States. Before joining BDO, he worked successively at Deloitte, EY, and FTI Consulting. 

As a technical expert, Mr. Cai Min has participated in the development of several ISO and China National Standards. As the Secretary of Working Group 7 of ISO/TC309, he led the team complete the Standard ISO 37008 - Internal Investigation of Organizations，which was published in July 2023. 

Mr. Cai Min has extensive experience in fraud investigation, risk assessment, corporate compliance, and IT audit by combining forensic accounting and investigative skills with advanced electronic evidence collection and cutting-edge technology to provide forensic technology and cyber services for civil and criminal matters. His clients include government agencies such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, Australian state governments, the Australian Royal Commission, as well as Fortune 500 companies and large state-owned enterprises.
