With several years' experience at AXA Group, I worked on the internal control system, supervising operational and compliance risks, first at national level, then at international one. I progressively developed expertise in compliance risks management, with a particular focus on international sanctions. 

Since 2023, I have been working for Arundo Re, a recent French reinsurer with business engagements and exposure in over 100 countries. As a key compliance contact and trainer, I advise and train operational staff on all compliance issues, to ensuring alignment with global business operations and regulatory challenges.
