Betty Parker

Betty is the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Since taking on the role in 2022, she has led the compliance efforts for the 6.4 million square foot facility, which includes a 138,000 square foot Casino/Sportsbook complex with 1,848 slot machines.

With 38 years of regulatory experience in the gaming industry, Betty started her career at the Sands in New Jersey. She went on to join Bally’s Atlantic City and played key roles in the opening of the Taj Mahal in 1990 and the Borgata in 2002. Throughout her career, Betty has overseen departments such as Casino Cashiering, Casino Accounting, Count Rooms, Internet Gaming Compliance, and BSA Compliance, always ensuring adherence to Federal and State regulations.

Betty has collaborated with federal and state agencies, navigating regulatory challenges with expertise. Her dedication to the industry reflects her personal values, which she upholds in her role as Chief Compliance Officer, guiding her team and the casino forward.
