Eric Weiss

Eric Weiss spent 30 years with the New Jersey Division of Gaming (DGE) Enforcement. He was a former investigator before taking over as the Slot Lab Director in 2008, and then Chief of Staff in 2016. Weiss has been recognized for his efforts to improve the oversight and regulation of casino gaming technology. In 2011, he led two industry work groups, to draft regulations designed to streamline the regulatory process, embrace best practices and ensure the ongoing integrity of casino systems and gaming equipment. In 2013, he played a key role in bringing Internet gaming to New Jersey, as he was responsible for researching policy, approving Internet gaming technology and regulating Atlantic City’s Internet gaming operations. Today, Weiss is the Managing Director for IC360, a sports integrity and consulting company that helps companies navigate the patchwork of gaming regulations in the United States, and Canada.
