Theresa Merlino

Theresa is a consulting principal who specializes in providing services to gaming and resort entities across the United States.  She is actively involved in leading the gaming and hospitality services across the globe.

Theresa has designed, authored and implemented internal control systems for start-up casinos and resorts, and has worked with numerous established hospitality companies in updating and improving their internal control systems. She has also developed significant expertise in designing and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) controls for the gaming industry.
