Patrick Kirwin is the Head of Product Management at Silent Eight where he oversees the strategy and development of the company’s AI enabled AML and sanctions surveillance products. Prior to joining the technology industry Patrick spent nearly two decades working for global financial institutions across North America and South East Asia, most recently serving as Director of Innovation in Standard Chartered Bank’s Financial Crime Compliance function. In this role he championed the adoption of new technologies to fight financial crime and partnered with RegTech firms to build and implement solutions to bolster SCB’s global FCC regime. Patrick holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
