Michelle Owens is a Senior Risk Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Michelle is CAMs certified with more than 18 years of regulatory experience at financial institutions of all sizes including multinational financial institutions. Additionally, Michelle has 4 years working as a consultant in the private sector where she was on the BSA/AML national team serving as a project manager and performing tasks in all phases of the BSA/AML/OFAC program. Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Philadelphia University.
