Caitlin Tanumyroshgi is a dynamic leader in intelligence and strategy, specializing in data-driven problem-solving to combat financial crime. She currently head’s ANZ’s Financial Crime Intelligence function, and with over 16 years of experience in the financial crime sector, has held diverse roles spanning investigations, operational management, data, analytics, risk assessment, governance, compliance, and intelligence. 

Her expertise lies in supporting her teams to developing cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and controls to mitigate criminal threats impacting communities. As an active member of AUSTRAC’s Fintel Alliance—Australia’s pioneering public-private partnership—Caitlin champions cross-sector collaboration and strategic intelligence-sharing initiatives designed to strengthen the financial industry’s collective response to financial crime.  Her passion for innovation and collaboration has been a defining theme throughout her career, and her recent work as Industry Lead driving the Fintel Alliance Collaborative Analytics Hub continues to reinforce her belief in the importance of collective action and partnerships to not only effectively respond to financial crime events and threats – but to shape the future of Intelligence in both public and private sectors.
