Serhane Victor, CAMS

Serhane is the Head Sanctions Compliance ASEAN and South Asia at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore, where he is responsible for ensuring sanctions compliance leadership and support across the Region. He was previously the Head of Sanctions Compliance Products and Segments and before that the Regional Head of Transaction Banking Compliance, Africa at Standard Chartered.

Serhane has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years where he held various compliance and governance positions. He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a certified Ethics Officer of the Ethics Institute of South Africa.

Serhane holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) from the University of South Africa.
