All ACAMS event tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may request a ticket transfer to another person, colleague, or client, up until a certain date specific to each event.
Cancellation and refund policies are individual to each conference and region, the policy can be viewed on each event webpage.
How do I purchase a ticket for ACAMS Conference?- You can register for ACAMS Conferences by going to www.acams.org
- From the Menu, click on ‘Attend an Event’
- From the Conference events category, click on ‘View All Upcoming Conferences’ and select the event you want to attend
- Select your preferred option (Conference only or with workshops) and click ‘Add to Cart’
- Click on ‘Go to Cart’
- Then select ‘Login/Register’:
- If you already have an ACAMS account, please log in with your registered email address (username) and password.
- If you are new to ACAMS and do not have an account, please click on ‘Create account for free’ to create a new account.
- Follow the payment information step and complete your payment.

Credits earned from events vary. Please refer to the event webpage regarding the credit value.

Each virtual conference has its login page. You should have received an email directly from the Cvent event platform with login instructions to access the virtual event.
- To access the registered virtual conference, find the event login link in the before-you-go email.
- Enter your name and email address used for registration, and you'll get an email with a verification code to complete your login.
- Use the registered email and verification code mentioned in the emails to access the virtual event.
- If no email was received, please verify the registered email address.

Yes, A Certificate of Participation will be sent to participants in the paid order who have completed their payment via email within two weeks after the event.

Can I see who else is attending the event?Because of privacy regulations, we can’t release the names of attendees. If you want to know who else is attending, why not join in the conversation on social media in the days and weeks before the conference – use #ACAMSAssembly to connect with other attendees.
Am I able to request a special meal for the event?Kindly specify any dietary restrictions when completing the event registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate them. What is the ACAMS Events App?You should have received an email inviting you to download the "ACAMS Events" mobile app through the App store or Google Play store. The app enables you to view the agenda, floor plans, session materials, and session evaluations, participate in the Q&A, and access other features that will enhance your event experience. If you did not receive this email, or have any questions, please contact us via Help Center on our website: https://www.acams.org/en/help-center
How can I viewed or download the session materials of the event?Session materials provided by speakers can be viewed or downloaded as they become available, since printed copies will not be distributed on-site. If you'd like to access the materials via the mobile app, please add the session to your agenda in order to unlock these materials. scroll down to the “Attachment” heading and click on the attachment link.

Are the sessions available on-demand?If the event includes recorded sessions, they will be available on-demand through the virtual event platform for 90 days following the live event. This allows you to revisit your favorite sessions or catch up on any you may have missed.

Can I change my ticket to an in-person one if I purchase virtually initially?Yes. You can request a seat swap to the modality of choice and will be invoiced and/or reimbursed for the difference. The current rates on the day of the request are applicable for changes in modality.

Can I share my login to the virtual event?Because we’re issuing ACAMS credits for this event, every individual who wants to attend must have their own registration.
Event Policy may vary in each event.
To learn about ticket policies and deadlines, please visit the related event’s webpage at www.acams.org. Please note, if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If the transfer is from a non-ACAMS member to an ACAMS member, the non-ACAMS member will receive a credit in their account. For changes in modality, the price applied will be the current rate on the day the request is made. Refunds will not be available.
