For more than 20 years Rachelle has led risk and compliance innovation in Australia, France and Singapore.  Rachelle focuses on combatting financial crimes, having held roles in many sectors; in law enforcement, as a regulator, in law enforcement, at the Financial Action Task Force, in the payments, banking and remittance sectors.

Starting out initially as a human rights lawyer, Rachelle continues to fight for the inherent value of all people and is passionate about the contribution combatting financial crimes can make to protecting people.

Rachelle is currently the Head of Financial Crime at King & Wood Mallesons, leading a team of Compliance leaders. 

Rachelle is a keen gardener and a proud mum.
