Bill is a Senior Compliance Officer with Goldman Sachs where he is the head of Consumer Financial Crimes Compliance Investigations with oversight of all investigations and SAR reporting across all consumer products. Bill is a subject matter expert in suspicious activity reporting & money laundering, fraud, and elder financial exploitation investigations.

Prior to his role with Goldman Sachs, Bill was a Social Worker in Arizona where he managed the Public Health Department's interactions with the criminal and civil Courts, law enforcement, crisis teams, and mental health hospitals. Bill also served as an intelligence analyst in the Arizona Army National Guard.

Bill is the Chairman of the Salt Lake County Library Board of Directors, a member of the Arizona State University Leadership Council, and a member of the Utah State Bar.

Bill earned a J.D. from the University of Utah and an M.S.W. with an emphasis is Policy, Administration and Community Practice from Arizona State University.
