The ACAMS Germany Chapter cordially invite you to our upcoming event on 5th May, starting at 18:00 for an interesting discussion on Ownership & Controllers topic. 

The event will engage on 2 timely real case studies and present 7 risk indicators to:

• enhance the detection, analysis and investigation of complex ownership,
• reveal the risk of shell companies 
• meet the requirements of the EU AML package and draft EBA regulatory technical standards on CDD
• engage on topics of the Europol led EFI PPP working groups
