Annual General Meeting to appoint a new Board of Directors for the ACAMS Bahamas Chapter. The Annual General Meeting will include the Chairman’s address which provides an account of what the ACAMS Bahamas Chapter achieved during their term. The Annual General meeting will also include the Treasurer’s report which will provide an overview of funds collected via membership and paid training events and how funds were spent. During the Annual General Meeting, a new Board of Directors will be election. Prior to the Annual General Meeting, nominations will be accepted via the ACAMS general email address. The nomination period will run from 9 th January – 13th January 2023 or such period once the event has been approved by ACAMS. ACAMS Bahamas Board members may also be nominated during the Annual General Meeting. A draft notice has been prepared for ACAMS approval.
Following the end of the Annual General Meeting, a cocktail reception will be held with light refreshment to ensure Members engage in a networking opportunity.
