In our February Sanctions Watch Justine, Sam and George are joined by Myriam Khairallah, Expert for the 1267/1988 Monitoring Team, United Nations Security Council. Myriam provides us with an update on the financing of ISIL(Da’esh), Al-Qaida and affiliates & implementation of the UN 1267 Sanctions Regime, including findings from the recently published report by the Analytical and Monitoring team. Beyond this, the February Update covers recent Russia updates, cyber-ransomware developments, as well as well as other developments over the past month.
