Edward Canter is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama. He is a member of the White Collar Crimes Section and has experience investigating and prosecuting complex fraud and money laundering cases. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Edward worked in private practice at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York where he was a member of the White Collar Defense & Investigations Group. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and earned J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Emory University, where he was a managing editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
