Robin B. Mark, Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Mark is a Deputy Criminal Chief at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. As the Deputy Chief, she supervises the prosecution of white collar matters, including healthcare fraud, identity fraud, civil rights, public corruption, financial crimes, and national security cases. Ms. Mark also serves as the Elder Justice Coordinator for the Northern District of Alabama. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ms. Mark was a partner at Sirote & Permutt PC. While at Sirote, her practice focused on bankruptcy, creditors rights, commercial litigation, mortgage banking and white collar criminal defense cases. Ms. Mark received her BA from the University of Alabama and her JD from Cumberland School of Law. For over ten years she has also worked as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law teaching Basic Skills of Trial Advocacy
