Rie joined Bloomo Securities Inc. in 2024 as a leader of Compliance Management Group which covers AML/CFT. Prior to joining Bloomo, she spent over thirty years working in various roles across the financial services industry (investment banking, asset management and fintech), specializing in areas of Compliance, Finance, Internal Audit, AML/CFT and Risk Management. 

Rie received her Master’s Degree in Law from University of Tsukuba and her MBA in Finance & Accounting from Chiba University of Commerce. She is a CAMS-Audit, CGSS, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
